Mr. Sharp’s commitment to clients is working with them to seek opportunities and options that help them achieve the maximum value for their real estate. Sharp utilizes his industrial market expertise and the national Marcus & Millichap reach to assess current challenges or options clients may be facing in regards to their real estate.
Mr. Sharp previously worked as an industrial supply distributor for five years in Hampshire and Coal City, Illinois. Sharp chose to work in the industrial real estate sector due to his background in industrial supply sales. He says the experience gave him insight into the different applications industrial space is used in and fueled his curiosity to discover who owns the buildings and how transactions were executed.
Mr. Sharp attended Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing.
When he is not maximizing value for clients, he spends his time golfing, hunting, traveling/sightseeing, and spending time with friends and family.
