Ursula has been a dedicated member of the @properties sales team since 2010, building her business on a foundation of honesty and client-focused service. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow and fluency in Polish, Russian, Spanish, and English, she brings a unique ability to connect with a diverse range of clients. Her early career in counseling at St. Mary’s and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago laid the groundwork for her empathetic and solution-oriented approach.
Licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker since 1999, Ursula holds designations including SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and ADPR (Accredited Distressed Property Representative). She specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, offering expert guidance to owners, investors, tenants, and asset managers. Her deep understanding of leasing, investment fundamentals, and property acquisition strategies allows her to minimize risk and maximize returns across multi-family, office, retail, and industrial sectors.
Currently residing in Winnetka, Ursula is an active member of the North Shore International Network, the American Federation of Musicians, and the Wilmette Rotary Club.
