Vic Gausepohl, a retail leasing and retail investment sales specialist, has 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in San Diego County. Joining Colliers International in July 1994 (bringing with him four and one half years of successful real estate leasing and sales experience), Vic continues to excel in providing his clients with quality representation. Vic is involved in retail commercial developments from their conception, through their completion and final disposition.
After joining Colliers International, Vic continued his success negotiating numerous sale and lease transactions involving retail property. In the many years at Colliers, Vic was one of the top retail brokers in the company nationwide.
In 2020, Vic left Colliers International to form Commercial Pacific Properties with his business partner, Kirk Allison, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in North San Diego County. The new company is slated to complete a significant volume of leases and several retail investment sale transactions in 2025 in spite of a challenging economic environment.
