Mr. Garcia is an experienced commercial real estate executive currently serving as Managing Director and Market Leader of the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap, the nation's leading commercial real estate brokerage firm.
Victor was a director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. At JLL he focused primarily on multifamily investment sales and advisory throughout Florida. During his career, he has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
Victor started at HFF in January 2018. Before that, he was a sales manager at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to that, he worked at Ten-X as a vice president in the Commercial Real Estate Division and was a senior analyst at LNR Property Corporation.
