Victoria Gomez is the Director for CBRE’s National Partners North Central Team. She is responsible for all of the day-to-day client interaction. From oversight of internal financial underwriting and creation of marketing materials, to coordinating with external vendors and facilitating the closing process, Victoria manages each transaction from start to finish to provide best in class service to clients.
Victoria is also a member of CBRE National Partners, twenty industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model. They deliver superior information, analytics and strategy, leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack. Ms. Gomez joined CBRE’s Chicago Region Industrial & Logistics Services Group in 2002 as a Client Services Specialist for Ryan Bain and Zach Graham. In this role, Victoria specialized in implementing marketing strategies through web marketing, advertising campaigns, maintaining inventory of promotional materials and signage. She was also responsible for the creation of presentation materials and proposals. Victoria has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate.
