Bio
Wayne knows the stress that can accumulate due to a move. He and his family have built and sold several homes in the surrounding area of Helena. He knows the steps that secure a solid sale and he also knows what to look for when you are making a purchase. Wayne strives to take the stress out of the buying and/or selling by creating a smooth transaction. As a Montana native, Wayne understands and appreciates the many benefits this state offers. He and his wife have raised four children in the Montana City area. Their youngest is currently a student athlete at Helena High School, which keeps Wayne very involved throughout the community. His oldest is a Heavy Equipment Operator, his daughter is a teacher, and his middle son, Carson Woodland, has joined forces with him as a Real Estate Agent where together they offer knowledgeable and modern service for their clients.
Outside of being a Broker/Owner, Wayne and his wife enjoy spending time with their family creating memorable moments. He also enjoys the outdoors, whether it is hiking with his golden retriever, fishing the beautiful creeks, golfing, or sitting on his deck enjoying the vast beauty of this great state.
