Wendy Van Fleet brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role as Broker and Owner of Prism Real Estate Solutions in Laramie, Wyoming. Known for her genuine care and client-focused approach, Wendy is passionate about helping individuals and families find homes they can truly invest in—whether it’s their first step into homeownership or the place they’ll call home forever.
Before relocating to Laramie in 2013, Wendy lived in Northern Colorado, where she nurtured her artistic talents. Her creative portfolio included original pastel works, acrylic finger paintings, and handcrafted steampunk jewelry made from repurposed vintage clocks—a testament to her imagination and entrepreneurial spirit.
Wendy’s move to Wyoming was inspired by her husband’s decision to pursue a new chapter in life, leaving behind a 17-year career in law enforcement to attend the University of Wyoming School of Law. This life change opened the door for Wendy to follow her own passion: a career in real estate.
Prior to moving to Colorado, Wendy spent eight years as a single mother in San Jose, California. While earning her degree from San Jose State University, she navigated the challenges of securing affordable housing—an experience that shaped her deep empathy for clients and her commitment to helping them make informed, empowering decisions.
Wendy believes in the power of balance, gratitude, and connection. She values quality time with her family and friends, and she finds joy in everyday moments. Her journey—from artist to real estate professional—reflects resilience, creativity, and a heartfelt dedication to serving others.
