Bio
Wes Payne joined CenterPoint in 2023 as a Property Manager to manage the Company’s Inland Empire and Los Angeles portfolio. He was promoted to Leasing Manager in 2024 and manages the Seattle, Bay Area, and Los Angeles portfolios.
Prior to joining CenterPoint, Wes was an Associate focused on industrial buildings for Colliers International. He previously worked at Newmark as an Associate Director specializing in the leasing and disposition of office and industrial spaces. Wes is a former professional golfer. He received his bachelor’s from the University of California, Berkeley.
