Whitney Farley is a Senior Director within CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Residential Asset Management team. Based in Dallas, Whitney is responsible for operational oversight of the firm’s residential portfolio within the Texas markets.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Whitney worked in the Asset Management team of Gables Residential overseeing a portfolio of over 20 properties within Texas and other Southern markets. Prior to that, Whitney spent several years within Invesco Real Estate in various roles, including Head of Valuations and Underwriting where she served as a member of the investment committee.
Whitney began her career in the industry in 1998 and has held roles in both transactions and operations covering multiple regions and all property types.
Whitney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University.
