Will Dash is an Associate with Lee & Associates | Maryland, where he supports tenant and landlord representation across office, industrial, and warehouse properties throughout suburban Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. As part of a team led by Mia Eglinton and Kristin Rebeck, Will assists in developing and executing tailored real estate strategies for companies pursuing new locations or expansion opportunities, as well as supporting leasing efforts for owners and investors.
Will brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate from prior internships with Greysteel and Newmark, where he gained experience in underwriting, market research, trend analysis, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
