Will Schubert specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail properties across the United States, with a primary focus on Southern California and Texas. His day-to-day responsibilities span the full transaction lifecycle, including property valuation, business development, sourcing and negotiating offers, and managing escrow through closing.
Through his client-first approach, Will has successfully completed more than 45 shopping center transactions since entering the commercial real estate industry.
