A Chicago native, Will Westhoff earned his BBA in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member of NAIOP national forums and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Westhoff brings extensive institutional investment experience to Singerman Real Estate. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group, where he was involved in over $4 billion of real estate investments across multiple asset classes throughout the United States. His background also includes experience as an Investment Banking Analyst with Deutsche Bank, where he covered M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and strategic alternatives for companies in the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors.
