Bio
William Bertolero is the Chief Operating Officer at Vision Properties. He oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, property management, leasing, investor relations and finances. In addition, William is involved in the acquisition, due diligence, financing, and disposition of all assets. William has been involved in the acquisition of nearly $1.5 billion in Class A office assets along the entire east coast since joining Vision Properties. William also oversees a portfolio of 3 million square feet of Class A office in the Southeast and over 2 million square feet in the Northeast.
William graduated with honors from Rutgers College where he majored in Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from the Rutgers Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
