Bio
William R. Hayden, II joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President. He is a development partner responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing and asset management of projects in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, representing over 8.6 million square feet of Industrial, Office and Retail projects.
Prior to joining Majestic, Mr. Hayden worked for The Charles Dunn Company, in downtown Los Angeles, in their asset management and construction management divisions.
Mr. Hayden graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree and also obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in real estate and finance. He now resides in San Marino, California with his wife and 2 children.
