In late 2003, I began practicing Real Estate in Sumter SC as a Real Estate Appraiser. With the supervision of W. Miles Hodge Jr. I completed complex commercial and industrial appraisal reports. These reports consisted of a wide variety of commercial and industrial specific land uses from: Industrial Manufacturing Facilities to Professional Office Buildings. I quickly learned that real estate is an algorithmic art. I understand what potential buyers need to know to protect their investment. I also have an understanding the strengths a property may encompass that could service as leverage in a seller's listing.
