Bill Robinson has delivered professional real estate services to a wide array of office and industrial clients since 1983. He facilitates the delivery of strategic and transaction management services and takes great pride in developing partnerships with his clients in order to help them meet their business and financial objectives.
Mr. Robinson spearheads the outsourced transaction management efforts for Ceridian Corporation, which is based in Bloomington, Minnesota. He developed standardized financial analysis, lease administration, and reporting methodology for Ceridian and also introduced strategic analysis and real estate planning at the senior management level. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Robinson directed real estate transaction activity on behalf of General Dynamics Information Systems.
During his tenure within the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Robinson has completed hundreds of transactions, acting as both a tenant representative and an institutional investment broker. Recent tenant representation assignments, extending beyond Ceridian and General Dynamics, include such major corporations as Aetna, ADP, Microsoft, McDonald’s, Rockwell Automation, and Sprint. He also previously directed a leasing portfolio of more than 11 million sf located throughout ten Midwest and East Coast markets.
Mr. Robinson is a graduate of The University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a licensed real estate professional in three states, including Minnesota, and is an active member of CoreNet and NAIOP.
