Bio
He has experience in both purchasing and selling blocks of flats, portfolios of both houses and flats, HMOs and Permitted Development buildings. Will deals with all tenancy types including ASTs, regulated tenancies and assured tenancies along with long income leases on residential buildings. Will joined Allsop as a graduate surveyor in 2010. Having rotated around the business on the graduate scheme, during which time carrying out a 6 month secondment at Grainger, he then joined the residential investment team in 2012 where he has been ever since. Wills specialism is now investment however whilst working in the team he has also gained experience within both development and student.
