Wood Belcher has been involved in Virginia commercial real estate for over 30 years. As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Wood specializes in both tenant and landlord representation as well as land acquisition.
Wood has partnered with retailers across the industry, ranging from small tenants to portfolios of retail centers. Throughout this career, Wood has exclusively represented ownership entities with shopping center assignments and land acquisition developers such as Consolidated Took, Inland, Orix, SCI, TIAA-CREF, Principal Life Insurance, Prudential Life Insurance Company, Nationwide Life Insurance Company, The Benchmark Group, JDFH Capital and Associates, Dominion Resources, Aetna Institutional Investors and Dylan Investments. Wood has also exclusively represented tenants such as Kohl’s, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, Wawa, Verizon, Dairy Queen, Exxon, Navy Federal Credit Union and Starbucks.
