Wyen Koan is a Senior Associate for CBRE in Detroit, Michigan. She specializes in industrial leasing. She focuses on industrial real estate along the I-75 corridor and southeast side of Oakland County within the Detroit marketplace.
Starting her CBRE career in January 2024 after spending 5 years at a boutique fiorm in Toledo, Ohio, Her expertise in retail leasing advisory and transaction management have leveraged and maintained strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
Wyen also a proud affiliate of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She was appointed by the CCIM Institute as a Member at Large for the International Activities and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committees of the 2023-2024 term.
