Ximena has been a Real Estate Agent for over 10 years. Through the years, she has worked in big and small Commercial projects always being professional, responsible and ethic. She has trained new agents and have also given experience to residential agents that want to move to the Commercial market. One of the last projects she was involved in is "Shoppes of Oakland". It is a Strip Mall that was practically abandoned for years and she rose to the challenge to fix, upgrade, get permits, market the units, leased the units and worked with the City of Sunrise in order to void the fines the place had. She has worked with many tenants and landlords in Commercial leases (offices, warehouses, medical buildings) as well in the acquisitions of this type of properties. She acquired both my Business Degree with a 3.94 GPA and Real Estate license here in Florida.
