Zac Zaher joined Newmark in 2023 and specializes in industrial leasing and sales, with a widely varied background assisting clients with building and site acquisitions, dispositions, tenant relocations, institutional landlord agency representation and development assignments.
Zaher began his real estate career in 2011 and has since been involved in a significant amount of the new development in the Las Vegas market, where he has conducted over $2 billion in transaction volume. His partial client list includes Clarion Partners, Prologis and Viawest Group.
Prior to joining Newmark, Zaher served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and previously, a Senior Associate at CBRE.
