Zachary serves as a Director on the Cushman & Wakefield Austin Land Advisory Team. He has been involved in Central Texas Commercial Real Estate for nearly a decade and specializes in site selections & dispositions for private clientele, publicly traded community builders, and private equity acquisition groups. He has executed assignments that have created Townhome Developments, Master Planned Communities, Manufacturing Facilities, and Mission Critical Federal Agency sites, amongst others.
Zachary was born in Austin and is passionate about the role he plays in shaping this dynamic city. He thoroughly appreciates the opportunity to help his clients execute their business plans, and his best days are when he adds value to his clients’ long-term goals. When not in the office, Zachary enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Austin, and sneaking in a round of golf
