Bio
Zachary L. Gumberg is Principal and Managing Member of LG Realty Advisors, Inc. Zach co-heads leasing and management of LG Realty Advisors’ retail and multi-family portfolio, as well as new business development. Prior to joining LG Realty Advisors, Zach was an associate in the asset management and originations group at Gramercy Capital Corp., a diversified real estate investment trust headquartered in New York City. At Gramercy, Zach managed a portfolio of approximately $1 Billion of commercial real estate loans; his responsibilities included day-to-day servicing, asset management, restructuring and underwriting valuation on the existing loan portfolio and new investments for the company.
Zach graduated cum laude from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a major in Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
