Zeke Rowan is a Principal in the Industrial Brokerage Services Group, based in the firm’s Suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, IL. Mr. Rowan offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/buyer/owner representation, built-to-suit and development projects, as well as investment acquisition and disposition services. Zeke’s primary area of focus is the North I-55 corridor, South Chicago, South Suburbs and NW Indiana. With the help of the Avison Young platform, he also can assist his clients in their real estate transactions all over the United States and Canada.
