Leventhal and former Beacon Properties senior management team following the $4 billion acquisition of Beacon Properties by EQ Office. The firm operates with a 75-year institutional real estate legacy through its predecessor companies, The Beacon Companies (founded 1946) and Beacon Properties Corporation (1994-1997). Beacon Capital manages a portfolio of 38 million square feet across office and life science properties with $14.8 billion in assets under management as of 2026. Since inception, the firm has raised over $19 billion in equity through nine investment vehicles, co-investments, and joint ventures.
