Brand Real Estate Services, Inc. is headquartered in the metro-Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Georgia. BRES provides landlord leasing, tenant representation, property management, asset management, investment sales, development, and construction services for its many clients delivering institutional quality with a boutique feel. The company was originally founded in 1959 to perform real estate operations for legendary developer Scott Hudgens. It has operated as Wheeler/Kolb, then Wheeler/Brand before arriving at its present name and ownership in 2016. In 2020, BRES merged with Genesis Real Estate Advisers, LLC adding over 750K square feet of retail assets to the portfolio. The company’s current portfolio includes over 4.3 million square feet of retail, office and mixed-use properties, plus over 2,200 acres of land located throughout the Southeastern United States.
