In 1991, the company moved to the present location at 63 West Grand Boulevard. The company Ken Calvert Real Properties, Inc., until December of 1992 at which time the founder and owner, Ken Calvert was elected to the United States House of Representatives. The firm has since changed its name to Calvert Real Properties, Inc., with Quint Calvert as President of the corporation.
