The Chapman Family has been in the parking business in New York for close to 100 years. Aside from owning and operating parking garages, they own various commercial and residential properties in New York and throughout the country. They also maintain passive and active interests in other business, most prominently based in hospitality. Over the decades, they have worked with many different tenants for their properties, including institutions such as schools and hospitals as well as government agencies and various for-profit entities. They are long-term holders of real estate and think generationally.
