City Property (Glasgow) LLP became operational on 1st October 2009 and delivers a wide range of property opportunities and services to the market. City Property (Glasgow) LLP provides the management, development and disposal of Glasgow City Council’s non-operational surplus land and property assets as well as providing management services for the Council’s longer term commercial ground leases. The diverse property services provided to the Council Arm’s Length External Organisations (ALEOs) include Valuation, Asbestos and Demolition services. City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) owns one of the most significant commercial portfolios in the City, extending to around 2,000 commercial properties across a range of sectors including: industrial estates, retail units, office space and ground leases. All of the commercial properties are managed by the Investment team and external agents are used to support letting and other management functions.
