Focal Tenant was founded in 2015. John L. Peteet is an Atlanta native who has tremendous pride in seeing his hometown grow and flourish. He enjoys helping companies and individuals in the community and elsewhere to succeed in every facet of their business. Today, John is on the board of directors with the CCIM Georgia Chapter and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
