Founded in 1962, Gottschalk Building Company- an affiliate of Gottschalk Properties- has worked in the construction of office and retail structures as well as churches, light industrial and institutional spaces. In addition to the construction division, Gottschalk Properties also has a division devoted to land development and property management.
