In 1992, Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. was established as a successor to The Hanes Company, Inc., by their founder in 1969. The Hanes companies have closed over 7,500 multi-product investment transactions with over $4.5 billion in sales volume. In 1989, Todd S. Schwartz joined the team and began by creating one of the first computerized methods of gathering and analyzing market trend information in such a way as to be comprehensive and current in content, before beginning direct client services and representation. Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Hanes became a formidable team that kept Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. among the top performing firms of its kind in Southern California.
