Since forming in 2000, Petrie Ventures, Inc. has acquired, re-developed and developed over 2,000,000 square feet of retail. Prior to forming Petrie Ventures, Inc., Mr. Petrie was a principal partner for twelve years in Petrie Dierman Kughn, developing more than six million square feet of retail real estate. Mr. Petrie was a principal in Pence-Petrie Properties, Inc., and prior to that, headed his own company, Petrie Properties, Inc., which in 1982-83 was responsible for the $20 million renovation, expansion and renovation, and re-leasing of Towsontowne Centre, a regional shopping center in Towson, Maryland.
