In June 2023, INDUS was taken private in an $868 million transaction following its previous trading history on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol INDT. The company is owned by Centerbridge Partners, a global private investment firm, GIC, a global institutional investor, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
