Industrious began in 2012 when Jamie Hodari and Justin Stewart founded the business around flexible workplace services. The company offers coworking memberships, private offices, team suites, meeting rooms, and virtual memberships as full-service workspaces for companies of all sizes and stages. Industrious operates a broad network across the U.S., U.K., Europe, Asia, and Australia, and CBRE acquired the remaining equity interest in 2025, bringing the business into CBRE's building operations and experience segment.
