The Industrial Property Investment Fund is a UK Limited Partnership and was one of the first funds of its type launched in 1997. It invests principally in good quality, higher yielding, predominantly multi-let industrial estates in the UK. The Fund also maintains a rolling development and refurbishment programme. IPIF provides investors with access to a highly diversified pool of industrial assets, mainly in the South East of England. The Fund is managed by the Real Assets division of Legal & General Investment Management, one of the largest institutional real estate fund managers in the UK, and is asset managed by a dedicated and experienced management team at JLL.
