Josephs Properties is a family brokerage started by long-time Las Vegas residents M.L. "Red" and Liberty "Libby" Josephs. Libby having been a part-owner of the El Rancho Vegas became a fixture in the Las Vegas community starting in the late 1940s. By 1953 the couple married and relocated to the Las Vegas Valley full-time. Shortly after the couple opened the Gaslite Motel, followed by the Lone Palm Trailer Park & Motel (where the New York New York Hotel and T-Mobile sit today) all on the Las Vegas Strip. In 1982 Josephs Properties was formed - the core team compromising of their 3 daughters. Josephs Properties continues in the legacy of Libby and Red. The JP team comes with over 40 years of real estate experience in commercial, residential, and property management.
