Kerzner Associates was formed in 1982. It is a New Jersey Limited Partnership. The managing partner, Irving Kerzner is Chairman and still active in A. Kerzner, Inc., a General Construction Company, which has been in existence for over eighty-five years. Kerzner Associates developed and owned a 30,000 sq ft building in Jersey City, NJ as well as a 72,000 sq ft building in Edison, NJ. Sandy Kerzner handles the leasing and management of the properties. He has been involved in the real estate business, both as broker and owner for over thirty-three years. In 1982, Kerzner Associates purchased approximately fifty-seven acres, comprised of numerous parcels in Rockaway Township. One of the parcels purchased was developed into a highly successful 48,000 sq ft multi-tenant building. Kerzner Associates purchased a forty-nine acre site in Cranbury Township, fronting the NJ Turnpike from Cities Service in 1983. Formerly a farm, this land was unimproved without utilities.
