Lowe Property Group (LPG) is a development and investment firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Compass Capital Corporation, the predecessor to LPG, was formed in 1986 when Steve Lowe decided to leave his position as president of a national real estate syndication, development and private equity firm to spend more time with his family. His sons Ben and Alex joined the firm after serving in leadership roles with Trammell Crow, Westfield, and JRK Property Holdings. Steve retired in 2013, and the firm rebranded as Lowe Property Group in 2017. During its 35 year history LPG has delivered strong returns to investors through rigorous screening, due diligence and operational oversight. LPG is continually expanding through new construction and acquisition. The development arm of LPG focuses on multifamily development along the Wasatch Front, with over 1,000 units under construction. The private equity arm invests in multifamily properties and strategic assets throughout the US.
