Mills Property Management is a family owned property management company. Their roots grew from the H.E. Mills Construction Company founded in 1949 by Harvey Mills. While working in the family business, Mary Jo Minor, CEO of Mills Property Management, identified a need for professional property management services to meet the growing demand for well managed apartments and homes in eastern South Dakota. Mills Property Management was incorporated in 1992 with a portfolio of 300 residential units. Now 30 years later, Mills Property Management has grown to a regional portfolio with many locations and over 4000 units.
