MJG Gas Station Specialists LLC (MJG) was formed in April 2007 by Michael Green. MJG is a licensed real estate brokerage company in Arizona providing gas station business brokerage and commercial real estate services. MJG Agents are Specalists in the marketing, selling and leasing of gas station and convenience store businesses and real estate. Michael (Mike) Green, Managing Member and Designated Broker of MJG, has dedicated his real estate and business brokerage practice to the retail petroleum industry since 1998. Before becoming a real estate and business broker for gas stations, Mike was a stockbroker and investment banker, a sales rep for an environmental consulting firm in Phoenix specializing in services to gas station owners and operators, and an estimator and project manager for a petroleum equipment and contracting company building and remodeling gas stations. Mike has over 30 years of marketing and outside sales experience.
