Mosaic Properties and Development, LLC was formed in January of 2005 by Sherwood Blitstein and David Dresdner. Sherwood and David possess over sixty years of combined experience in the development, management, leasing, financing and acquisition of commercial and residential real estate. Mosaic Properties and Development focuses on ground-up development as well as the re-positioning and effective ownership of shopping centers and multifamily apartment properties. Mosaic’s properties currently consist of four shopping centers, totaling approximately 850,000 square feet, three residential assets, containing 420 apartment units, and single-tenant net-leased assets. Mosaic’s developments include build-to-suit buildings for banks, drug stores, other national tenants, and medical office users. Additionally, Mosaic’s development experience includes construction of retail strip centers and the renovation of multifamily apartment complexes.
