In 1999, we started Mossy Oak Properties as a single brokerage office in Livingston, Alabama with the simple mission to connect buyers and sellers of rural property with professional real estate brokers who understand and appreciate rural land and the outdoor lifestyle. Since then, the Mossy Oak Properties network has grown to include 100 franchised offices in 27 states, with over 650 network members all proudly carrying the tagline of America’s Land Specialist.
