Nabholz Properties, founded in 1983, originated with the acquisition of the real estate assets of Con-Ark Builders, a division of Nabholz Construction Corporation. Initially operating under the name Con-Ark Land Development, the firm adopted its current name in 1985. Since its inception, Nabholz Properties has specialized in the development of commercial real estate. The firm owns, leases, and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout Central Arkansas. In addition to property management, Nabholz Properties offers full-service commercial brokerage and leasing, as well as placemaking and economic development consulting services across the state.
