Oxford Properties Group is a Canadian real estate investment, development, and property management firm established in 1960 in Edmonton, Alberta. The company operates as the global real estate arm of OMERS, the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System, following its acquisition by the pension fund in 2003. The company's portfolio includes more than 500 assets across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Oxford maintains regional offices in Toronto, New York, London, Luxembourg, Sydney, and Singapore. The firm invests across the risk spectrum from core income-producing properties to development ventures and operates as one of the world's most active developers with over 70 projects underway globally. Oxford's holdings include landmark assets such as Hudson Yards in New York, Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Olympic Tower, and The Center Potsdamer Platz (formerly Sony Center) in Berlin. The industrial sector represents Oxford's largest allocation, with over a third of its capital invested in approximately 90 million square feet of industrial properties across 25 countries. In January 2024, Oxford entered into a joint venture with TPG Real Estate, selling a 75% interest in two Greater Toronto Area industrial business parks for C$1.3 billion while retaining 25% and continuing to manage the 5.1 million square-foot portfolio. In June 2025, Oxford acquired CPP Investments' 50% stake in a Western Canada office portfolio comprising seven properties totaling four million square feet for C$730 million.
