Back in 1997, five individuals decided to forge a new path and create a commercial real estate company with management as its primary focus and with that, Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc. was established. Since then, the firm has grown organically into the 15th largest commercial property management firm in the Puget Sound (2017). Their client base varies from partnerships and family trusts to corporations and investment groups. They establish long-lasting relationships with their clients that span multiple generations and exceed the expectations of their clients, tenants and peers in the industry; in fact several of their existing clients pre-date the formation of PAAI. This is a direct result of the staff’s extreme attention to detail, work ethic and constant pursuit of perfection.
