Premium Property Management Group LLC was formed by Roger Curry and Dawn Barr to manage a portfolio of thirteen properties, totaling over 410,000 square feet, located throughout the central Indiana area. With combined real estate and property management experience of some sixty plus years, and at one time managing over 900,000 square feet, Dawn and Roger utilize their contacts and friendships to secure favorable pricing and superior performance in the maintenance of these properties so that their tenants have a competitive advantage. They pride themselves on establishing personal relationships with the tenants at the properties they manage, listening to their concerns and challenges, and being there to help them succeed.
