(RJS) is a private, family owned real estate investment company that acquires and adds value to commercial real estate located throughout the Continental United States, but mainly in the Southeast and preferably in the Carolinas. RJS was founded by Robert J. Sweeney, Jr. who successfully participated in the commercial real estate business for more than forty-five years.
