Sawyer and Associates has been building homes since 1994 in communities designed by Sawyer. Sawyer and Associates and Custom Homes (sister company to Sawyer and Associates), a family owned and operated company that is a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Georgia. Sawyer started in Commercial Real estate and land development. Soon commercial construction, sales and commercial rental were added. Later, residential development, construction, home sales and rentals were also added becoming the dominant presence for Sawyer. Throughout the years Sawyer has developed over 200 acres of Prime Commercial property and 8 residential subdivisions. Sawyer has built 2 hotels, 1 extended stay, restaurants, convenience stores, office warehouses, record storage facilities, office / retail shopping centers, a conference center, and over 1,000 homes. Sawyer helps each customer with the design, build, and purchase of each home.
