Southdale Properties was started in 1990 by Donald S. Brown. The company has always excelled in both commercial and residential sales. In the early years, there was a major focus on selling restaurants and bars, which led to a wider range of commercial services. Since Don Brown is a native of Palm Beach County the residential arm of the company has thrived. Today, over three decades later, there are over 40 licensed agents at Southdale who specialize in all different cities of South Florida and the Treasure Coast.
